10musume-041316_01 — I Work At A Real Estate Agency And I Put My Body On The Line To Get Contracts.

A single male customer is looking for a room. Real estate agent Risa Ito shows him an available room. It's spacious and has a lot of storage space. It's 60,000 yen. It's a 10-minute walk from the station. Hmm, it's a bit tricky. When I try to decline, saying that it's a bit over my budget and I can't bargain much on the rent, Risa continues to talk about the recommended points. She says that the walls are thick, so it's recommended because it's less likely to leak noise when you get a girlfriend. Risa asks, "Do you want to try to see if the sound leaks out?" and I ask how she does it. "With me." Eh? "That's the only way, isn't it?" Eh? What, does that mean...? "You mean let's have sex, right?" Risa invites me with a quick, erotic look. Is it here? I ask her just to be sure, but she immediately replies, "Here." She gives me an erotic look. I make sure she won't call me sexually harassing later, and she immediately checks for sound leakage while panting in the living room and closet. Since I leaked in the closet, I have no choice but to sign the contract. So, please enjoy the creampie sex with Risa Ito, a real estate agent who uses her body to get contracts. "Thank you for signing the contract."
