Pantypooping is the act of leaking feces while fully clothed. To cleanse the intestines, 500cc of lukewarm water is pumped in and out of the anus using a special enema. The lukewarm water that returns from the rectum to the enema gradually turns brown and murky, and finally gushes out in a stream that splashes onto the camera lens.
