Caribbeancom-101314-711 — Midnight R** Nurse Call

Nurse Sara Yurikawa greets the patients cheerfully as she enters their rooms today. While wiping down the patients, she communicates with them. When one patient says, "Hey, I'm getting horny, so can you give me a sip?", she firmly refuses. She leaves the room with a smile on her face. However, she treats patients in the private ward in a completely different way. Sara looks seductively at the patient as she wipes down his body, slowly tracing his penis over his underwear, asking, "What would you like to do today?"
