DETK-003 — Drowning Woman: Elderly Care Is Sweet Honey Ai Inoyama

I am drowning, bound by pleasure, sinking deeper and deeper. Ai is a caregiver who has returned to work after her husband lost his job. However, the elderly man she is put in charge of is a personality disorder that has caused many helpers to be unable to keep up with him. Ai has hot porridge thrown over her body and has urine in a shibin poured over her head. She is even f** to stroke his penis while bathing, and if she doesn't like it, she drowns him headfirst in the bathtub. However, the elderly man has suffered repeated heart attacks and doesn't have much time left. Ai masturbates naked while being stared at with eyes that reveal his animalistic nature. She is called in the middle of the night and has sex as if she is being violated. Her ordinary daily life is turned upside down. "If I only have one year left to live, even if it only lasts a week, I want to hold you in my arms." "I wanted someone to want me, even if it meant risking my life for them. I always wanted to be loved seriously."
