DSOD-090 — Three days of hell, being continuously impregnated with semen until she becomes pregnant. Dressed in white, consumed by madness, Natsu Tojo is subjected to a reverse insemination ritual, being filled with sperm as a priestess of God.

Natsu, a female college student aspiring to be a journalist, is invited by photographer Kuroda to visit a festival in "Haramizu Village," a place not found on any map. However, the festival's true nature was a mad ritual in which the village men impregnated a sacrificial woman, the "c** of God." Trapped by Kuroda, who was actually from the village, Natsu is isolated from the outside world and captured by the villagers who are consumed by sex. Trapped in the mansion with no escape, a horrific tragedy unfolds, which will not end until her sense of self crumbles and she begs to be impregnated.
