FTHTD-234 — Ruka Itoi, a plain-looking otaku girl who became obsessed with card games and developed a dark personality (a nymphomaniac).

Normally a quiet, introverted nerd, and unassuming girl, she transforms into a sadistic slut when she's playing card games, her dark personality taking over. She challenges the regulars at the trading card shop to sex duels, tormenting their dicks until their sperm (life points) are completely depleted! In the end, she induces them to cum inside her with a direct attack deep inside her vagina! A forbidden, sex-crazed game!
