GNS-022 — "Ma'am, Would You Like Some Hot Tea?" Record Of F** R** By Apartment Manager

Located somewhere in the Kanto area is a huge, 60-year-old, run-down complex. No one knows the identity of the man who works as the caretaker of this complex. He invites a beautiful wife into his office, offering her some limited edition tea. At first, he kindly offers her life advice, but gradually he starts to flirt with her. When the wife becomes disgusted and tries to run away, the caretaker suddenly changes his attitude! He pulls out a weapon and rapes her.
