MGOLD-057 — Asumi Miona, a new graduate office worker, was subjected to health checkup harassment by unethical doctors, resulting in erect nipple orgasms.

Asumi, a recent graduate working in an office, arrives for a health checkup. However, this hospital is a den of perverted doctors who use examinations as a pretext to relentlessly attack and develop nipples. The stethoscope slowly moves from the heart towards her nipples. The cold metal touches her areola, causing a slight reaction. The doctor doesn't miss this. He locks onto a promising patient. Her large, easy-to-pinch nipples are meticulously played with. Through repeated pinching, flicking, and licking, her nipples become fully erect, and her body becomes capable of orgasm. There is no escaping this nipple development procedure that goes far beyond a simple diagnosis.
