Marina's problem is stubborn constipation, which only allows her to have a bowel movement once a week...but she can't forget the feeling of her anus spurting out the large amount of stool that had built up over time, so now she has taken on the secret pleasure of desperately holding in her bowel movements for a week and then defecating in her diaper...or while masturbating.
